Josh was really able to assess what was special about my property and I think he was able to target his marketing in that way. He takes a lot of time to get the marketing right and he’s got a great team behind him. I signed with Josh just before Easter, in the first 5 days I think he had 2 lots of people through the property and within a week he’d sold it! It was awesome.. in that I’d had a previous agent on a contract for 3 months with very little response. The property video, it almost made me cry because the cameraman and Josh together had found really special angles, special places and special aspects of what my home meant to me. A very moving video and as I said to Josh he could sell the property at least 5 times over with the quality of the work!
