I was advised by a cousin to contact Josh because of the excellent way he had helped someone she knew. I phoned Josh and left a message – he phoned me back that day! I made an appointment to see him to discuss what I was looking for. Josh listened to what I wanted, and a couple of days later took me to see two homes that were not on the market, but he knew the builder/owners. I purchased one of these houses. My experience with other real estate agents – I am still waiting 6 months later for a call.
